NOTICE OF VACANCY

IN OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR 

 The Parish of Pensax

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

 

that a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Parish Council following the resignation on 6^th September 2024 of Councillor Debbie Faulkner

If by 26^th September 2024 (within 14 days)* a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer at the address below by TEN electors** for Abberley Parish an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

If an election is called, it will take place not later than 29^th November 2024 (within 60 days)
