The Parish Council was consulting on what to do with the funds derived from the sale of the Village Hall.
This was completed on the 4th of May 2023, and the results published and made known for the Parish Meeting 2023.
Work has started to investigate feasibility, impact and costs fully. As the council is all volunteers, all having full-time jobs, any actions will need the help and support of the wider community to realise.
The other ideas not taken forward were not rejected but could be dealt with later or by different types of funding (precept or section 137). The council’s latest Grant Form can be found in council documents.
Save the Bell Working Group is being chaired by Cllr Nancy Gould with Cllr Andy Gillett representing Save the Bell working group.
